These Terms and Conditions govern use of the PackSales storefront and purchases or order requests submitted to PackSales. By using the storefront, submitting content, approving a proof, or purchasing a product, you agree to these terms and the policies linked below.

Eligibility and authority

You must be legally capable of entering into a binding agreement and authorized to act for the person or organization named on an order. You are responsible for the accuracy of information and instructions submitted through your account, browser session, email, or order number.

Order requests and acceptance

Submitting the current storefront checkout creates an order request and sends your selections, contact information, and artwork preferences to PackSales. It does not by itself guarantee acceptance, reserve production capacity, establish a delivery date, or complete payment. An order is accepted only when PackSales confirms the specifications and price and provides or confirms the applicable payment arrangement.

PackSales may reject or cancel a request before production for reasons including unavailable materials or capacity, incorrect pricing or product data, unsupported specifications, suspected fraud or abuse, unlawful or infringing content, inability to verify information, or inability to produce the project to an acceptable standard. If PackSales has collected payment for an order it declines before production, the amount collected for the unproduced order will be refunded.

Pricing, quantities, and payment

Storefront estimates are based on the configuration selected and are subject to verification. Taxes, shipping, freight, special handling, address corrections, and nonstandard services may be added when applicable. PackSales may correct clerical, catalog, calculation, mapping, or display errors before accepting or producing an order.

Payment is due when an order is placed or accepted under the payment instructions provided by PackSales. Production will not begin until required payment and proof approval have been received. Quotes are generally valid for 30 days unless the quote states otherwise. Promotions and coupons are governed by their stated terms, may be withdrawn or corrected, and cannot be combined unless expressly permitted.

Proofs, production, and delivery

A PackSales production proof is separate from any concept preview generated by an online design tool. You must review and approve the production proof before manufacturing begins. Your approval is authorization to produce the order as shown and makes you responsible for errors present on the approved proof.

Production and delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. PackSales is not liable for delay or failure caused by proof delays, customer changes, carrier service, weather, labor or supply interruptions, equipment failure, acts of government, emergencies, or other events beyond reasonable control. Customer content and acceptable use

You may submit only content you are legally entitled to reproduce and use. You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, obscene, malicious, invasive of privacy, infringing, or intended to facilitate wrongdoing. PackSales may refuse content or suspend access when it reasonably believes these terms are violated.

The storefront, design tools, product photography, text, software, templates, and other PackSales materials may not be copied, scraped, reverse engineered, resold, disrupted, or used to create a competing service except as allowed by law or written permission. Automated access, excessive requests, attempts to bypass security, and misuse of the packaging assistant are prohibited.

Storefront tools and third-party services

Design previews, three-dimensional models, generated PDFs, pricing displays, and automated assistant responses are convenience tools and may not precisely represent final dimensions, color, construction, print placement, availability, or pricing. The final PackSales production proof and confirmed order specifications control.

The storefront may rely on carriers, payment providers, hosting, analytics, artificial-intelligence providers, and other service providers. Their services may be governed by additional terms. PackSales is not responsible for an independent third party's systems or conduct except to the extent required by law.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, the storefront and its tools are provided on an “as available” basis without warranties not expressly stated in an accepted order. PackSales does not warrant uninterrupted or error-free access, exact on-screen color, exact color matching, or fitness of customer-selected packaging for an unstated use.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, PackSales will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost sales, missed events, loss of data, or reputational harm. PackSales' aggregate liability arising from an order will not exceed the amount actually paid to PackSales for the affected portion of that order. These limitations do not exclude rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes and controlling terms

PackSales may update these terms prospectively by publishing a revised effective date. The version in effect when an order is accepted governs that order unless a later written agreement says otherwise. If these general terms conflict with a PackSales quote, written order confirmation, or product-specific written term, the more specific accepted term controls for that order.
