Refund & Return Policy

Because every order is custom printed to your artwork, we can't accept returns for reasons unrelated to quality. That's also why every order includes a digital proof for your approval — nothing prints until you sign off.

If there's a defect in printing or material, or your order doesn't match the approved proof, contact us within 5 business days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll reprint or refund the affected boxes.

Sample orders are covered by the sample credit program: place a full order within 30 days of your sample's delivery and the sample cost is credited back to your order.
